“Hope is not pretending that troubles don’t exist. It is the hope that they don’t last forever. That hurts will be healed and difficulties will be overcome. That we will be lead out of darkness and into the sunshine” Unknown This man looks looks tired over all, physically and mentally but still he finds the strength to get up every day to sell to support his family and to contribute to the community. His name is Jalil Ahmed who came to Bangladesh in 1992 and has been living in Kutupalong refugee camp since then. Many are like him who has spent three decades now as a refugee but still hoping to have a better life. ( By saying “to have a better life” I mean no longer a refugee. No longer stateless) #Rohingya #refugees #Endstateless Photo courtesy of (C) A,m photography
